Every item is handmade and thus each piece is unique. All orders are final sale.
Items sent untracked once left my posession and in the postal service hands is not my responsibility. Thus if lost no refund will be issued.
Tracked shipping items that do not arrive- please contact canada post first to follow up with them. Once the items are in there hands I can no longer help.
